Sustrans and their sister charity Railway Paths Limited are responsible for the asset management and maintenance of over 1000 heritage railway bridges around the UK. These structures require inpections and assessments to the same standards as other Highway bridges.
ECSL have been working with Sustrans for over 5 years, completing a large number of inspections and assessments during this period.
ECSL have led the inspection and assessment of a wide range of structures during the period of this working relationship, predominantly bridge structures but this asset portfolio has included tunnels and building structures also.”
